What we collect

Only what you type into the site's two forms: in contact, name, email, phone (optional) and message; in the data sheet request, also your company and what you need the sheet for. With each submission we store the IP address it came from, solely to stop automated submissions.

What we use it for

To reply to you: to send the data sheet or answer your enquiry, by email or by WhatsApp if you choose that channel. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

Where it is kept and for how long

Requests arrive in our mailbox and are logged in a file on our server, outside public reach, as a backup in case an email is lost. We keep them while the enquiry is open and as a business record. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies or tracking tools. There is no third-party analytics and no social media pixels.

External services

The site's secondary typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts a Google server (which receives your IP address). Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to info@epcepy.com. We reply within one business day.
