What we do
From the design calculation to the finished slope
Most geosynthetics suppliers deliver the roll and walk away. We stay with the project from end to end: we size the solution, source the material —whether we represent it or not—, supervise the works, train the contractor’s crew, and when needed we carry out the work with our own crews, tools and machinery.
Supply and import
We represent leading manufacturers, and if the project calls for a material we do not represent, we import it to order as well.
Site supervision
We supervise the installation section by section, oversee the tests and sign off on the work completed.
Crew training
We train the contractor’s personnel until they can install on their own, with a written protocol and follow-up on site.
Installation with our own equipment
Our own crews, tools and machinery: hydroseeders, concrete pumps, sewing and anchoring equipment.
The proof
We trained a crew on the other side of the world
On the Al Khatm, Abu Dhabi project we lined a canal in the middle of the desert with encapsulated concrete mattress: 75,000 m², panels of 34 to 35 metres, 50 cm anchors and up to six concrete trucks a day, in winds of 30 to 40 km/h.
The crew did not exist: we trained it ourselves. Thirteen installers —five from India and eight from Uganda— trained with the ILUO method until they reached full autonomy on site.
That is the difference between selling a product and delivering a project.
