The problem
The viaduct's access ramps must retain the embankment on a busy avenue, with traffic running alongside and no room for slopes.
The solution
Lock+Load block wall: each block is anchored in the backfill with its counterfort and gravel, with geogrid behind the facing.
The result
Under construction. Together with the Las Residentas viaduct, the two projects add up to 4,000 m² of walls.
