The problem
The viaduct's access ramps raise the embankment above street level, and the available space leaves no room for slopes: a vertical wall is needed.
The solution
Lock+Load block wall, anchored in the backfill with its counterforts and gravel, on geotextile and with geogrid reinforcing the ramp structure.
The result
Under construction. Together with the km 10 viaduct in Ciudad del Este, the two projects add up to 4,000 m² of walls.
