The problem
A gated community built on an island of dredged sand: an almost inert soil, no nutrients, on 1:2 and 1:3 slopes that wind and rain pulled apart.
The solution
Soil was built on the sand: ProGanics as organic amendment, Flexterra hydraulic blanket and organic and chemical fertilisers. Futerra 7003 mat in the channels.
The result
Thirty-five thousand square metres in six days.
