A channel in the middle of the desert, 75,000 square metres of lining, panels 34 to 35 metres long and winds of 30 to 40 kilometres per hour. And a crew that did not exist.
The manufacturer called us in to design and manage the works. We trained thirteen installers from scratch, five from India and eight from Uganda, with the ILUO method, until they reached autonomy on site. Up to six concrete trucks a day, 50 cm anchors.
Seventy-five thousand square metres of encapsulated concrete mattress in Abu Dhabi, with a crew trained by Ece. That is the difference between selling a product and delivering a project.
